JODI RAND
Jodi is a warm and engaging Psychologist with previous experience in dual diagnosis mental health and alcohol and drug services space. Jodi completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) at Deakin university and holds registration with AHPRA as a registered psychologist.
Jodi has previous experience working with both short term solution focused and longer term complex clients and has developed a collaborative and tailored approach to treatment planning and therapy. Drawing on her clients strengths and preferences she can integrate a variety of approaches that include CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), mindfulness, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and narrative based treatments. Further Jodi has training in the provision of EMDR therapy and has a keen interest in helping clients confront and move past their personal barriers and past trauma.
She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and grief. Jodi can also assist clients that are experiencing workplace stress, relationship difficulties and a range of other issues that affect their quality of life and well being.
