SELF HELP LINKS & TIPS
At Allwell Psychology we believe that well being and recovery does not stop when your therapy session is over. It is very important to include steps in your everyday life that promote overall well being and good health so that you can live a full and happy life. This includes a healthy diet, appropriate exercise, meditation and relaxation techniques. While your therapist can help you develop a recovery plan that includes the everyday steps that assist your well being, it is also important for you to know where to find support in between your sessions if you need it. The links below are provided as a guide for you to find organisations who can provide the support and information you need as an adjunct to your therapy.
If you are in crisis, please phone Lifeline on 13 11 14 or the Suicide Call Back Service 1300 659 467
